The core guarantied sanitation in the fermenting system – CIP cleaning system. The design concept of our company is to divide the loops according to different cleaning objects the function areas of different cleaning objects, so the logical relation is clear. The constant pressure cleaning, low temperature energy saving cleaning, pressurecontaining air saving cleaning, alkali inspection regenerating fi ltering economic and environmentally-friendly cleaning are carried out. The washing fl uids that can be utilized in the cleaning loops are suffi ciently recovered, so as to reduce water consumption. The computer programmed automatic and safe cleaning ensures that all chains and pipe systems that contact the materials such as beer are subjected to effective cleaning by the CIP system. The deoxygenated water displacement function is included into the CIP system to ensure that all chains and pipe systems that contact the materials such as beer are subjected to the displacement of deoxygenated water.
