发酵管路系统采用双座防混阀构成的阀阵实现各种物料的切换方式是最好的工艺设计形式。它的优点是工艺管路集中、管线回路少、清洗无切换死角及溶氧几率、外形美观、便于计算机编程自动控制。但由于价格高昂投资大而没有被普遍采用，啤酒行业只是在一些重点工艺环节 ( 如清酒及灌装系统 ) 采用。

The fermenting pipe system adopts a valve manifold consists of double-seat mixing-proof valves to achieve the switching of different kinds of different kinds of materials, which is the best technological design form. It has such advantages as centralized technological pipes, few pipe loops, no switching dead corner of cleaning, beautiful appearance, and easy computer programmed automatic control. But it is not widely applied due to its high price. It is only adopted in some key technological chains (such as sake and fi lling system) in the beer industry.
